The Rákóczi Association has been the owner and operator of the event center since March 2019, courtesy of the Hungarian Government.

The Rákóczi Camp and Event Centre is one of the most accommodating facility of its kind in Eastern Hungary. It is located 300 meters high in a five-hectare pine forest with great views of Sárospatak and Bodrogköz. The complex can provide accommodation and meals for up to 480 people at a time.

Renovation work will take place on the camp site from 1 September 2020. The complex will be completely renewed with the support of the Hungarian Government.
